Our Backup & Guarantees

Unlikely we'll need it, but we have have plenty of backup through our various family trades. Including a strong and ongoing history in groundwork, carpentry and general building; so please be assured, if all of our crew came down with 'a cold' we'd wish them well and you'd still get your Land Design on time.

If we fail to supply your job on time for any reason we will credit you the deposit of your Land Designs purchase price and any applicable additional costs.

With your Land Designs substructure or Skinnybase (which should last longer than your house), we expect your Land Design, whatever it is, with minimal maintenance to last decades. With proper maintenance and long lasting materials, fifty to a hundred years would not be unreasonable.

We can help with maintenance and our standard guarantee of workmanship is ten years from the day of completion.
